The T Entranc™ from Mackabees was developed from real-world beekeeping experience and a simple observation: bees naturally prefer multiple entrances to their hive. Traditional bottom boards force all traffic through a single opening, but healthy colonies often try to create additional pathways for better airflow and movement.

The T Entrance™ solves this by providing a distinct entrances in a T-style configuration, allowing bees to enter and exit the hive more efficiently. By reducing congestion at the front of the hive and distributing traffic naturally, this design helps colonies operate more smoothly during busy foraging periods.

Designed by Mackabees beekeeper Tom in Cincinnati, Ohio, this bottom board is built for durability, simplicity, and compatibility with standard Langstroth hive setups.
